Creation of a memorial (2015-2019)

From 2015 onwards, a new phase of memorialisation of Maly Trascjanec and thus the construction of a large memorial landscape began.

The first construction phase, the so-called "Gate of Remembrance" was completed in 2015. In 2017, construction work began on the "Path of Death" and the memorial complex at the site of the former execution site in Blahaǔščyna. In a third phase that has not yet been implemented, a memorial is also to be built on the Šaškoŭka site. The satellite image shows the locations of the extensions to the memorial complex near Maly Trascjanec, which were created between 2015 and 2019.
